The Backyard BBQ was started by Paul and Kim Lynch. The original location was in Hillsdale before moving to the Orr Lake Golf Club in 2022. They specialize in BBQ and their Brisket is fantastic. They are only open during the golf season with typical hours of 11am-9pm Monday to Friday and 11-5pm on Saturdays and Sundays.
